MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE HILLSBORO LE BARON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. HELD ON MONDAY, JANUARY 28, 2008, AT 2:00 PM IN THE ASSOCIATION'S CLUBHOUSE

Present from the Board of Directors were Sam Bowling, President Fred DeJacma, Treasurer, John Reiser, Ken Koppenhoefer and Jack Mahony, Directors. 

Present from Residential Management were Gary Palombi, Louis Bailey and Shannon Koorse.

PROOF OF QUORUM

Sam Bowling stated that there were 92 people present in person or by proxy.

AFFIDAVIT OF MAILING

Gary Palombi presented the affidavit of mailing to the Board of Directors verifying proper notification of this meeting was sent to all homeowners. 

2007 ANNUAL MINUTES

Jack Mahony motioned to waive the reading of the 2007 Annual Meeting minutes, seconded by Fred DeJacma.  All in favor.  Motion carried.

PRESIDENT’S REPORT

Sam Bowling answered many questions from owners in the audience while the Board votes were being counted.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE 2008 BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Leatrice Messer, Pat Collins and Judy Hall were assigned to count the votes.  Gary Palombi stated that after the counting of the votes, the 2008 Board of Directors is:  Roman Bartkiw, Richard Bergman, Sam Bowling, Fred DeJacma, Ken Koppenhoefer, John Reiser and Jack Mahony.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business before the Board of Directors, Sam Bowling adjourned the meeting at 2:36 p.m.
