MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OF THE HILLSBORO LE BARON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. HELD ON Thursday, March 6, 2008, at 4:00 P. M. in the Le Baron Clubhouse

Present from the Board of Directors were Sam Bowling, President Fred DeJacma, Treasurer, John Reiser, Ken Koppenhoefer and Jack Mahony, Roman Bartkiw Directors.  Absent, Dick Bergman

Present from Residential Management was Mark McKnight

PROOF OF QUORUM
Sam Bowling called the board roll and determined there was a quorum present.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Jack Mahony motioned to approve and waive the reading of the minutes of the Board of Directors Meeting held on November 19, 2007, seconded by Fred DeJacma.  All in favor.  Motion carried.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS FOR 2008
Jack Mahony motioned to elect Sam Bowling as President, seconded by Fred DeJacma.  All in favor.  Motion carried.

Sam Bowling motioned to elect Jack Mahony as Vice President, seconded by Fred DeJacma.  All in favor.  Motion carried.

Jack Mahony motioned to Fred DeJacma as Treasurer, seconded by Roman Bartkiw. All in favor.  Motion carried.

Jack Mahony motioned to elect Ken Koppenhoefer
as Secretary, seconded by Fred DeJacma. All in favor.  Motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board of Directors, Sam Bowling adjourned the meeting at 4:46 p.m.
