MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE HILLSBORO LE BARON
CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. HELD ON MONDAY, JANUARY 25,
2010 AT 1:00 PM AT THE ASSOCIATIONS CLUBHOUSE

Present from the Board of Directors were Sam Bowling, President; Jack Mahony, Vice President; Ken Koppenhoefer, Secretary; Fred DeJacma, Treasurer; Roman Bartkiw, Director; Pauline Murdock and Dick Bergman, Director. Present from Residential Management were Mark McKnight and Ron Merkler.

PROOF OF QUORUM

Sam Bowling called the meeting to order at 1 :02pm and notified the residents that a quorum had been met

AFFIDAVIT OF MAILING

Sam Bowling presented the affidavit of mailing verif'ying that proper notification of this meeting was sent to all owners.

2009 MINUTES

Ken Koppenhoefer motioned to approve the 2009 minutes as presented; seconded by Jack Mahony. All in favor. Motion carried.

PRESIDENTS REMARKS

Sam Bowling stated that there are four seats up for election and out of the 161 owners there were no new candidates who chose to run for election except the four existing members.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE 2010 BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Sam Bowling stated that since there were no other candidates except for the four existing board members that they would remain on the board for another two-year term. The four board members elected to the 2010/2011 Board of Directors are himself (Sam Bowling), Fred DeJacma, Roman Bartkiw and Dick Bergman.

There being no further business before the Board of Directors, the meeting was adjourned at 1:10 pm.
