MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE HILLSBORO LE BARON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. HELD ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2009, AT 1:00 PM AT THE ASSOCIATIONS CLUBHOUSE
Present from the Board of Directors were Sam Bowling, President; Jack Mahony, Vice President; Ken Koppenhoefer, Secretary; Roman Bartkiw, Director and Dick Bergman, Director. Fred DeJacma was absent with prior notice. Present from Residential Management were Gary Palombi, Mark McKnight and Shannon Koorse.
PROOF OF QUORUM
Sam Bowling called the meeting to order at 1:10pm and notified the residents that a quorum had been met.
AFFIDAVIT OF MAILING
Sam Bowling presented the affidavit of mailing verifying that proper notification of this meeting was sent to all owners.
2008 MINUTES
Jack Mahony motioned to waive the reading of the 2008 minutes; seconded by Ken Koppenhoefer. All in favor. Motion carried.
STAGGERED TERM PROVISION
Sam Bowling stated that the amendment to maintain staggered terms passed.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE 2009 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Sam Bowling stated that the 2009 Board of Directors is Sam Bowling, Fred DeJacma, Jack Mahony, Ken Koppenhoefer, Roman Bartkiw, Pauline Murdock and Dick Bergman.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board of Directors, the meeting was adjourned at 1:25 pm. |
