The President of the Le Baron Board of Directors hereby gives notice that a Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at 4:00 P. M. in the Le Baron Clubhouse. 

Agenda:
  1. Roll call and ruling on quorum
  2. Approval of the minutes of the Board of Directors Meeting held January 25, 2010
  3. Treasurer’s Report
  4. President’s Report
    1. Status report on rusting doors legal action and legal expense to incurred to date.
    2. Security issues with contractors.
    3. Owners use of licensed General Contractors, Plumbers, Electricians and HVAC Contractors. Association surfaces such as catwalks must not be use for construction debris.
    4. Owner and guest parking privileges – towing
    5. Status of Railing Manufacturer Legal Notice (peeling railings & noise)
  5. Installation of new code approved entry doors in Lobbies.
  6. Report on new Management Company, Consolidated Community Management, Inc. and maintenance staff.
