MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE HILLSBORO LE BARON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. HELD ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 17, 2007 AT 2:00 PM AT THE ASSOCIATION’S CLUBHOUSE

The 2007 Annual Meeting of Hillsboro Le Baron Condominium was held on Wednesday, January 17, 2007 at 2:00 pm at the Association’s clubhouse.

Present from the Board of Directors were Sam Bowling, President, Jack Mahony, Fred DeJacma, Winifred Chambers, Charlie Dlugos and Leo Mahoney.  Present from Residential Management Concepts were Gary Palombi, Anthony Antapasis, Rita Barrett and Shannon Koorse.

PROOF OF QUORUM
A quorum was established with 74 in person and or by proxy.

AFFIDAVIT OF MAILING
Gary Palombi presented the affidavit of mailing to the Board of Directors verifying proper notification was sent to all homeowners.

2006 ANNUAL MINUTES
Jack Mahony motioned to waive the reading of the 2006 Annual Meeting minutes, seconded by Sam bowling.  All in favor.  Motion carried.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF 2007 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Sam Bowling stated that after the counting of the votes that the 2007 Board of Directors would consist of:  Sam Bowling, President; George Pearson, Vice President; Fred DeJacma, Treasurer; Bob Stevens, Secretary; Jack Mahony, Director; and Winifred Chambers, Director.  Sam Bowling thanked Charlie Dlugos and Leo Mahoney for serving on the Board.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board of Directors Sam Bowling motioned to adjourn the meeting at 2:50 pm, seconded by Winifred Chambers.
