Many of you have requested an Internet website where current information may be obtained regarding the Le Baron Condominium.
The website www.lebaroncondo.com was conceived and maintained last year by Winifred Chambers. Winifred has graciously turned the site over to a professional manager who will maintain current condo, board minutes, assessment payment schedules, budget and financial information you all want to know about the Le Baron.
I am pleased to inform you the website http://www.lebaroncondo.com now contains the current information listed above. We will update this site at least monthly and will use it as a vehicle to communicate with all owners.
Currently, the site appearance looks the same as last year; however, the site will be upgraded in the very near future.
