NOTICE SPECIAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
President Bowling hereby calls a Special Le Baron Board Meeting to be held on June 25, 2007, at 4:00 P. M. in the Le Baron Clubhouse.
The following agenda items will be discussed:
- Assessment of unit owners for the parking lot pavers project. Approximate total cost $225,000.00
- Date parking lot pavers project assessment due for payment by unit owners
- Method of financing the parking lot pavers project
- Adjournment
This notice was mailed fourteen (14) days prior to the Special Board of Directors Meeting to all Le Baron unit owners at their last know address. This notice was also posted on all Le Baron bulletin boards and posted on the Le Baron web-site. |
