Notice to Owners of Le Baron Condominium Association
You were advised by letter, dated June 10, 2008, that the Board intended to consider additional assessments for common area window code upgrades, electrical code upgrades and plumbing upgrades at the June 26, 2008, special board of directors meeting.
A motion was passed at this Board meeting that approved the assessment of the sum of $2,600.00 broken down to payments each quarter through August 1, 2009.
A motion was passed, subject to a legal opinion, to access the sum of $2,600.00 with the payment schedule listed below:
