Notice to Owners of Le Baron Condominium Association

All owners please be advised the Board of Directors approved a Door Assessment at the February 7, 2007, board meeting due March 1, 2007, as follows:

  1. Units with two (2) doors installed assessment $2,268
  2. Units with three (3) doors installed assessment $3,886.
  3. Penthouse units vary by size of entry and sidelights and will be billed accordingly.

Assessments not paid by March 31, 2007, will be considered delinquent by policy and will bear additional expenses.
