August 4, 2006 The State of Florida will assist in a Mediation Session between our insurance company, QBE and the Three Million Dollar ($3,000,000) claim the Le Baron has submitted for payment. The first session of the hearing will be held on August 10, 2006, in West Palm Beach. No progress has been made to date with our insurance company in settling this claim. The board of directors is attempting mediation before filing suit to collect for our damages covered by our insurance policy. A law suit is estimated to be lengthly and require large legal expenses. Thus the request for mediation as a first step in the attempt to settle the claim. Thanks, Samuel M. Bowling, President
