NOTICE OF SPECIAL LE BARON BOARD of DIRECTORS MEETING

President Bowling on June 10, 2008, hereby calls a special Le Baron Board of Directors Meeting to be held on Thursday, June 26, 2008, at 4:00 P. M. in the Le Baron Clubhouse to consider the following items.

Review with owners the Restoration Final Cost Summary and shortfall.
Review with owners the Wilma Cost Summary and shortfall.
Review with owners a list of repair and restoration items required to meet current insurance and code requirements.
a. Consideration by the Board of a Special Assessment to pay for the Restoration and Wilma shortfall of funds
b. Consideration by the Board of a Special Assessment to pay for the repair and restoration items required to satisfy current insurance and code requirements.
