Le Baron Condominium President’s Report :
I am pleased to report that we are well along in the Pavers Project. The West Building is now complete with installation and the East Building should be complete with installation by the first of February. However, remember the pavers must be sealed. That process with begin on the West Building early in February and again will be completed in phases. Each phase will require three days. You will be notified by Lobby notices when your automobiles will be required to be moved. Pavers require six weeks for seasoning before sealing can commence.
Other projects you will note have been completed are the refurbishing of the shuffleboard courts, new picnic tables and benches, new pool chairs and new pool railings.
Again I need to remind owners that those wishing to have maintenance persons perform AC or electrical repair or maintenance on the roof must arrange access to the roof through the Le Baron office with our in-house maintenance staff. This must be accomplished between 9:00 A. M. and 1:00 P. M. Monday through Friday.
Owners are also reminded again not to attach any items to the balcony decks, railings, new doors or building walls. The building walls are controlled by the Board and have been waterproofed and painted and are not to be marred, drilled, or in any way damaged by owners.
Once the Pavers Project is completed a program of parking monitoring will begin to identify unregistered cars parking in our lots.
Your Board thanks you for your indulgence with restoration and pavers projects during the last couple of years.
Respectfully submitted,
Le Baron Condominium
